So Easy!!!

Wow! I think I just made the World's Easiest cookies!!! I was looking through a cookbook I have from the church I went to when I was a kid. I got it as a wedding gift, and there are all kinds of tried and true recipes. And I was CRAVING something sweet!

So, I found this recipe for Easy Peanut Butter Cookies that was really good! Here you go:

• 1 C. peanut butter
• 1 C. sugar
• 1 egg, beaten
• 1 tsp. baking soda
  
• (No flour needed)!

Mix all ingredients. Roll into small balls. Bake 8 to 10 minutes on greased cookie sheet at 350*F.
