Ingredients:
- 4 oz. mastaccioli
- 2 C sliced zucchini or peas
- 1/2 C sliced green onion
- 4 tsp. cornstarch
- 1/4 tsp. dried basil, crushed
- 1/4 tsp. marjoram
- 1 13 oz. can evaporated skim milk
- 5 oz. cooked ham, cut into strips
- Cook pasta re: pasta instructions
- In a medium saucepan, combine veggies, onions, and 1/4 C water. Boil and reduce heat. Simmer 4-5 minutes; drain and return to saucepan.
- Meanwhile, for sauce, combine cornstarch, basil, marjoram, and a little milk, 1/8 tsp. pepper. Stir in rest of milk. Cook and stir until thickened and bubbly. Stir ham, pasta, and sauce into veggies. Heat through.
